Mr. P. Jayachandra Reddy
Mr. J.C. Reddy, Chairman of Rajapushpa Properties Pvt. Ltd., spearheads the strategic direction for the company. A Post Graduate in Agricultural Science, he supervises the entire operations and guides the leadership team in the execution of its activities. Prior to his venture into the real estate sector, he spent the initial years of his career working with the Central Bank of India. During his long tenure of 25 years, he has gathered enough wisdom and expertise in various fields like finance, accounts, business development, and strategic management plays a crucial role in steering the company’s growth. Under his keen leadership, Rajapushpa Properties has developed landmark projects in residential and commercial sectors.

Mr.P.Mahender Reddy
Managing Director
Mr. P. Mahender Reddy, Managing Director of RPPL, supervises the end-to-end execution of projects. A graduate in Civil Engineering, he is an alumni of the prestigious Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT). He is well-reputed as a civil engineer within the Real Estate fraternity. With immense contributions to the Road & Buildings Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, he gained colossal experience as a civil engineer in executing large scale projects. After his undaunted service to the AP Government for 6 years, he set up a poultry business of his own. Taking leverage of the experience and expertise he gained from his professional tenure at the AP Government R&B department, Rajapushpa Properties initiated the first residential gated community project at Attapur. Being his brainchild, the project truly made its mark with superior quality and a remarkable layout design.
Mr. P. Sreenivas Reddy
Executive Director
Mr. P. Sreenivas Reddy, Executive Director of RPPL, is in charge of sales, marketing, and customer relations activities of the organisation. He completed his Post Graduation in Engineering from the prestigious Arizona State University. He started his career in the USA as a software engineer. Over the period, his assignments were mostly into the marketing activities of the companies which helped him gain marketing and sales expertise in the service industry. In 2006, he joined his brothers in the business. During his 18 years of stay in the USA, he developed a strong network within the NRI community and other professional communities over there. He was able to drive the business scale to new heights using his contacts and reach out to new markets to generate sales.

Director
Mr. P. Sujith Reddy, Director-Projects of RPPL, takes care of the day-to-day construction related activities of the company. After completing his graduation from the coveted VIT University, he obtained an MBA from Coventry University in the United Kingdom. Before his entry in RPPL, his professional tenure in New Zealand with a consulting firm equipped him with the skills to develop a progressive marketing plan and systematic evaluation. His past projects helped him gain experience in the field of marketing and business development. In RPPL, he monitors and evaluates the day-to-day activities of the company and ensures they are executed as per the plan. Under his supervision, every project the company undertakes is certainly delivered on-time, exceeding the promised quality.

Director
Mr. P Charan Raj Reddy - Director RPPL - is a second-generation real estate developer passionate about construction and engineering. An alumnus of SRM university in civil engineering, he took over the role of Director at RPPL and has been associated with the organization for over 3 years overseeing commercial and residential projects from planning to execution. He oversees construction activities of RPPL delivering projects to highest quality standards while ensuring timely delivery of the projects. A good leader and able administrator, he has been instrumental in taking RPPL to greater heights with his sound business acumen and technical knowledge.
